That pic is of Islamic refugees, they mask themselves for fear of radical terrorists of America. Or so the press would have the conservatives to believe, as the left wing nuts already do.
When 'moderate' moslems in droves start turning in the bombers, only then will it be time to consider differentiation.
If individual moslems claim to believe/adhere to what's in that evil book the one in the crosshairs is holding, they're the enemy.
If they try to convince you that they're 'not like that', they're either apostates or engaging in taqiyya.
