I could see her doing it. Depends on how badly she wants it. She's been campaigning to be "First Woman President" most of her adult life. This was/is her last shot at it. It would not be good for the country, but then, it's ever been about the good of the country where Hillary is concerned.
Maybe, when trump said he would not seek prosecution, what he really meant was, “I will not seek prosecution, UNLESS...”
