Hillary’s campaign would have to pay for a recount.
My guess is the result won’t be different from what’s going to be certified shortly.
Only way she has a case is if there is provable vote fraud and even these computer scientists don’t make that claim.

But count on Trump challenging a lot of votes - from non-citizens and the dead. Plus those of bussed-in fraudsters from neighboring states.
It isn’t going to be a gimme, and you’re likely to lose...and then, when you do lose AGAIN, Trump WILL tell DOJ to investigate you.
Translation: ‘We cheat fairly this year, and we lost, so we are going to say vote fraud, so we can get more fraudulent votes ‘found’. We didn’t win fairly, so you Republicans won as usual.
These clowns sound more like they’re pushing “Hillary off the cliff” of politics than bringing her back into it.
I say, Go for it! As Robin Williams (aka Mork) once said to an egg he threw into the air, “FLY - you’re free”.
The old, tried and true Dim. ploy: keep counting until you take the lead and then declare “it’s over; the people have spoken.”
As messed up as things have gotten in this country, I can actually see the day when elections are overturned because some brilliant (?) attorneys and computer specialists decide that people really didn’t know what they were doing hence, the votes have to be changed. The results weren’t fair. The results weren’t equitable. The results were lopsided. Not a single thing will ever surprise me again.
Hum. I thought Wisconsin political elites moved to Illinois when things didn’t go their way...
