Statistical noise, not evidence of vote fraud.
Courts set a very high standard of judicial review in overturning an election result.
With what they have, its an extreme longshot.
As far as hacking goes, note what was said in the article:
...the group has not found proof of hacking or manipulation...The whole thing with both of those is that in lots of cases they can not be detected.
Many machines in several states controlled by Soros were highly manipulated.
If Clinton goes with this, it is she and her handlers that will be proven to be the vote manipulators.

Really all he’s saying is what we conservatives have screamed for years- “use verifiable voting machines!”.
