Yeah, but I think recess appointments are temporary anyway, until a normal procedure, Senate-approved one can be made.

granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session. ... The recess appointment power, like
the appointment power (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2), applies to “Officers of the United States.”
