The website is a threat to the mainstream media as well. Have to separate the two, don’t know if Bannon is still there, but if so, he won’t be soon. Similarly Bannon is a public figure, very public as a government official. Easy to libel. Breitbart.com a private company. Rules are different. Some of FR’s lawyers can weigh in, but I believe it has to do with a requirement of malice when dealing with a public figure, difficult to prove. Not necessarily a factor when dealing with damage to a private company, or person, when damaged by falsehoods.
