True, but how is that relevant in this case, in which, at least according to the story posted, there was no conviction for rape?
He’s paying child support, and wants to be a part of his daughter’s life. Doesn’t sound much like a rapist to me.

Like I said, no matter how you become a parent, whether or not you have a relationship with the other person, the child’s yours.
Lots of men wouldn’t be burdened with such a life-altering event if they thought twice about the consequences. It could save their life and that of another person.
No one is forcing people to do things they shouldn’t do in the first place. That’s always a personal decision.
