5th ave is already one of the busiest streets in the world-I agree that she should go to DC. But young Barron needs to go to school as well and DC options are limited. Tough call for his parents between wasting millions of folks cumulative time v. Family considerations.
Why are the liberals upset, that apparently Melanie and his little boy aren’t moving to the White House, at least not right away??? Why would the liberals make an issue of this???

A routine will be established. Maybe Mrs. Trump is also offended by living in a location “built by slaves” and instead of yakking about it, is actually doing something by not moving there. The current first lady could have gotten a place at the watergate just down the street. Then again, maybe the Trump’s want Baron to at least finish out the year at his current school. No doubt the radical left wing extremist press will go stark raving bonkers with this story. You know. Disrespectful actions, blah, blah, blah, etc.

It’ll be nice to get back to sanity. The White House is an office. Nice to see a first lady with a little sanity after several decades.
I would expect she would be around on weekends, and for special events, etc.
But there is no need for a CEOs wife to be at the office every day.
Very cool to me.
This indicates she has zero intent to set policy, or to be a junior president.
The White House is going to be what it really is - a museum with national landmark status.
The Trump Tower Manhattan White House is very likely where most all of the Presidential business will be done anyway. Or perhaps at the Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach. The commute to work in the Oval Office will be for photo opportunities throughout the first year, until proper security measures can be installed and upgraded.
I predict the kid will never move to Washington. The Trumps are New Yorkers through and through. No reason to move him to a swamp while you’re in the process of draining it.

The oval office is going to be under security upgrade renovations for a year thanks to the kenyan dumping it on President Trump.
