It is actually accepted protocol that the POTUS does not bow, or otherwise act subserviently, to any country’s leader, whether elected or royalty.
No foreign leader expects the POTUS to do so.
Obama’s grovelling was not in accordance with accepted rules of conduct.
I don’t understand that, why would you have respect for someone born into a position. Do you have more respect for Paris Hilton, or the man who started with nothing and ended up with millions? The queen of England is nothing, a glorified welfare recipient.
