Kennedy had an ex-judge on her show. He said that while Obama could pardon Hillary for everything she might have done, she could still be called before Congress to testify about what she has done.

My understand is that the hearing could be unlimited in scope and she could do nothing about it. Anything she was suspected of could be on the table.

If the hearings are after January 20, and she refuses to testify, and tries to take the Fifth, she can be held in contempt and arrested. If she lies she could be arrested and prosecuted. A pardon is good, but not a 100% guarantee that Congress cannot go forward.

So suppose for the sake of an imaginary hearing she is asked about knowledge of or participation in child sex trafficking. If she takes the Fifth she would be reminded that she does not face prosecution for any past participation in such an activity. The impact would be profound if she still takes the Fifth!

Depends on how much "love" there is between Obama and the Clintons. My guess is not much, and considering the loss of Hillary's political fortunes, I don't think Barry's too motivated.
