Seemingly overlooked amid the simple tweet presented by Donald Trump last evening was the glaringly obvious: the President Elect, after winning the White House, is directly talking to the Chairman of the Ford Motor Company.

It’s going to fun to see CONGRESS attempt to keep up with TRUMP’S work ethic. He is nonstop.
Congress can take away a lot of the things Trump say’s he’ll do to companies that move out of the USA (i.e. tariffs).
But they cannot take away Trump’s tweets. Companies can still bribe congress to stop legislation or get loopholes. They can still buy extra ads to control news reports.
But they can’t stop Trump from tweeting “don’t buy a ford” or “thanks to ford for helping make America great again”. And those tweets will hit 10s of millions of Trump supporters and many others who will also be influenced. I’d bet those possible tweets will have a lot of influence on many companies. One tweet from Trump can be bigger than a multi-million dollar marketing campaign. That’s YUGE.
He is not concerned at all about being invited to the best parties in D C, which seems to have been the focus of many Republicans in recent years. Neither Trump nor any of his chldren drink alcohol at all so won’t care about cocktail parties. MAGA

Companies who are in bed with the government must be shaking in their boots rights now.
They're squawking, "Trump expects us to compete on a level playing field with small companies. It's not fair!"
