On the way to the grocery store tonight was flipping through AM radio stations and happened upon one that was discussing Obamacare. Don’t know who the gal was that was on the anti-Obamacare side but turned out to be Larry Elder who thinks Obamacare is wonderful. And I thought all the idiot broadcasters were on the alphabet TV channels.
Among other things he said yes, premiums are rising slightly but that is because they were set well below what insured people have been paying in the past and now it’s just a “catch up”. Shouldn’t be difficult for people because of all the money they saved the last two years by the decrease in premiums. Also commented that most of the people complaining about Obamacare are too stupid to realize what wonderful coverage it is.
Just couldn’t take it any more so changed stations. There is just no way you can have a rational discussion with libs.
Good grief. I thought Elder was halfway sensible... He’s wrong about every single item, there.
ForAre you sure Elder is for ocare? A quick look at some essays would indicate he’s not.
Doesn't seem likely he flipped and went to the dark side. Maybe he had a substitute host or it was a different Elder. That is one of Gruber's talking points. In my county, the "catch up" is a 40% to 50% increase for people paying full fare.
