The parents of ALL children born abroad must file for recognition by the US government for their citizenship to be recognized.

Cruz was born a citizen of the US.

No, actually he was born a Canadian, and unless his mother declared him to be a US citizen....(with a CRBA)....

He's STILL a Canadian!

(Oh wait, he renounced his Canadian citizenship, now what is he)

Except when it comes to what natural born citizen means.

He probably hates the New York Yankees too. Get over it. We need Cruz in the Supreme Court. He has the best voting record in the Senate. The best. The very best.

There is no “necessary paperwork.”

It's called a CRBA.

Where is it?

There is no love lost between the Bush camp and Cruz.
There's no love lost between President Trump and Cruz. What's your point?
This is a double edged sword for the "awl bidness". During the last boom I was promised the moon if I would come back to West Texas and sell oil tools because I was bilingual and many of the roughneck crews had no one that spoke English.

“The Cruz-bashers will be quite embarrassed and soon.”
*******************************************************************
Some may. Some who suffer permanent CDS and lack of discernment are likely too “dense” to feel embarrassment.

In any case, BOTH Ted Cruz & Kris Kobach are rock solid conservatives, constitutionalists and patriots. Either would serve Trump well & faithfully.

Anwar al-Awlaki was born here. Would you like for him or someone like him to be eligible to be President?
How about the King of Thailand.
Seems like the Keyanesian Usurpation would be enough of a wake-up slap in the face.

Natural born citizen protected us for centuries, throwing it away almost cost us our country.

I would be worried about Ted Cruz as AG, because I think he might pursue his own personal vendettas ahead of the nation’s and his boss’s interests. I think we saw some of that mentality in his Presidential campaign.

Well Kellyanne just made it clear that Cruz hasn’t been nominated or asked to be anything other than continuing serving as senator.

Personally I don’t want him near the Supreme Court!

Stick with Kobach. After the way Cruz acted I just can’t trust him, and then the way he was at the convention was disgusting.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
The man from the heartland is THE MAN! We want Kobach.
