I have many European friends and my own family in Italy, all bleeding hearts socialists who think Trump is the devil incarnate. They love their own superior attitude toward immigrants, multiculturalism, integration, social justice, unicorns and fairy tales....hard to argue with these minds.

They all love Obama, they totally bought the media lies and have been well indoctrinated. And they think we Americans roam the streets shooting each other but they feel so righteous about having had their arms confiscated. I sincerely hope we will see a reversal of politics and thought before I will go back (if ever) to Europe.

I found the same attitude in Canada—the smug, elitist, know-better attitudes, BUT—none of these people could live the lives they do in freedom, with all the attendant socialist perks if not for the profound sacrifice of every American citizen. The taxes we pay, the subsidies we do without in order to support a military that has saved the civilized world, and will again, is a sacrifice that unfortunately is unrecognized. So next time you see some poor kid in a ghetto school, realize he is paying the price for the advantages of those with the scarves and tight pants. Too bad the author didn't have the courage to mimic the proud red neck and proclaim his real pride in Trump's victory.
