Here's a link to a map of sanctuary cities from the Center for Immigration Studies. In Texas, Austin is, unsurprisingly. But so is Dallas, which I find more surprising, even though there are a lot of immigrant clusters. I was there about 8 years ago in an industrial section, which was surrounded by SouthEast Asian restaurants. Go figure.
