With his stated values, yeah, why not?

No guarantees though.

Thank you! I cannot believe anyone, knowing the recent history of RAFAEL CRUZ would do anything but spit on him.

SMH, he is a citizen. The debate was over whether he qualified as Natural Born, not Naturalized, Citizen. Even as “only” a Naturalized Citizen, he is qualified for any political office or appointment in the US, other than President. He MIGHT not be qualified to be President, although I would enjoy the debate, and would support him without hesitation. But only an absolute moron would believe that he can’t hold political office in the US. He already holds a Senate seat, and was Solicitor General for Texas.

I thought Cruz already said he isn’t interested in AG.

I would prefer SCOTUS, so he can protect the Constitution longer, but AG wouldn’t be terrible as a starting point for a future SCOTUS appointment.

You didn’t understand what I was saying:

Hillary would use what I said to disqualify him...get it now???

No. Cruz wants to be president. If he leaves the Senate to become AG then he’ll never hold elective office again and will have no stepping-stone to the presidency. Nothing in it for Cruz at all...and you know Cruz is out for only himself.

Trump would be wise to not place Cruz in any position that would be able to look into or have power over Trump.

Because Trump is more important than the nation or the Constitution, of course.

Why the sealed records? Why? For what purpose?

Cruz doesn’t even understand the basics of the Constitutional requirements for a President - Natural Born Citizen. He should never get close to a SCOTUS appointment.

Have you seen the documents showing his citizenship? I don’t think anyone has. Maybe you have, what do they show?

To clearify: I speak ‘Pennsylvania Dutch’:

“What I said is not what your brain wants me to say”...

When I say that Hillary will use anything and everything she can against him, I said she would use his not being born in The United States as a way to over turn his decisions in his powers as A.G....now do you understand my statement???

It's not what YOUR brain wants me to say, but I say it the way it should be said...

The most important task the Trump Administration has is to restore the rule of law.

We need Rudy Giuliani for AG. The systemic lawlessness of the demoncrat party needs an independent tribunal, too.

Cruz needs to charged with felony fraud for signing the affaidavit that he’s a NBC. Same with Ogabe.

I’m sick of this sh!t.

No. Even if I agreed with you on that, it has nothing to do with what I posted. Cruz wants to be president. The Attorney General slot is not a path to that. Ergo Cruz is not interested in being Attorney General.

Odd interpretations on natural-born citizenship not withstanding.

I think we should pause for a minute and look at what we are collectively saying.

Everyone here is intensely interested and concerned about President Trump’s choice for SCOTUS and his cabinet picks.

We, as Americans are very invested, for once, in hoping President Trump puts the best people in those jobs.

When W. Bush was elected, while there was a guessing game over who he would pick for such jobs, there was a lack of intensity, of concern, or real emotional investment of who he would pick for what jobs.

But we have all lived through eight years of dishonesty, corruption, government bloat, out of control bureaucrats, and irresponsible management by Obama and his crew. And the light has really dawned that right now, a few days even before President Trump is in office, are amazingly important to the future of our nation.

Let us all hope for the best nominees for the jobs.

Cruz is a liar, a cheat, a reckless politician and I believe he is mentally ill.

I will support Trump, I voted for him, but I will not in any way whatsoever support that conniving POS Ted Cruz for AG or any other position of authority.

I am not heartless, so if Trump wants to allow Cruz to drive prison bus around DC, i’d be okay with that, until he started speaking in tongues and preaching when he stops for a potty break.

I believe this too. I think Cruz probably still believes he has a run for president in him.
