Calling someone racist has become de-rigueur for liberals. Disagree with anything on their agenda or any thought that flits through their mind and you must be racist. It is their go-to out-of-the-gate insult. If you stick around they can sometimes come up with something more entertaining and appropriate (even if still patently false) but often not.

Liberals seem to think "racist" is the be-all end-all of insults and applies anywhere and everywhere. "You don't like ketchup!? You racist!" or "You prefer Ford over Chevy? Racist!!!" Yes, 99.999999% of their uses of the pejorative "racist" are at least that silly or more so. The only racism I have seen in the last several decades has been coming from the left, basically directed at me, a middle-aged white guy. Liberals will attribute all kinds of traits and beliefs to me based solely on my race. They never seem to connect the dots - that making assumptions based on race (as they do with me) is itself very racist.
