He would dominate oral debates at the Court and could be Chief Justice in 15 years.

It’d be a solid pick. Would show Trump’s big tent. He’s a minority (Hispanic) pick as well. Would eliminate a potential political foe in 4 years.

Senate would confirm him just to get him out of the Senate.
