//Cruz has one of the best Constitutionalist minds today.//

Umm..no. People keep saying that but there is no evidence for it. He would be another Roberts, a Judas at every turn. For him it would be power and invites to all the parties so he can sell himself to the highest bidder.

If Trump puts him up for SCOTUS (an unlikely confirm btw since even other senators hate him), I will lose a lot of respect I have for Trump. He will be another Roberts (who he supported and lied about)

//ruz may use the AG position to take another shot at undermining our President Elect.//

Very likely. Cruz is out for Cruz. He is the type to kiss up to get a position like this then turn and bite the hand that feeds him.

Something I just thought of, what if Trump is playing Cruz? It was clear Cruz never really endorsed Trump (not even using his name) so what if Trump was picking his brain to see who Cruz would recommend, thus making Cruz feel important and weeding out a bunch of unknowns (Cruz likes him I probably shouldnt’ trust him or Cruz and I agree on this guy - lets find out why).

Gracious. You really bought into all the fiction, didn't you?

Color you...gullible?

Forgiveness will be shared around in the spirit of Christ.

It is so easy to hate some other person who did one dirty so bad that one can’t see the wishes that the good Lord has for that person, and that one hasn’t earned any more than that person has earned.

Donald’s behavior some months back, with his seemingly absurd level of purpose and hope, to me looks like the effects of being visited by the Holy Spirit, and not just any spirit, but that of Christ who will sacrifice for the glorification of God with His stunning kindness.

Christianity in this aspect is, in fact, what secular political lefties have been attempting to ape, but have always copped out on by trying to make other people do it without being generous in the face of opposition themselves.

I think Donald will “disappoint” conservatives in many cases in that sense, being seemingly too easy on those who were not gung ho for him or who now appear easily venal. Ted Cruz is only one example. Reince Priebus is another.

Donald Trump seems, at heart, to be an old fashioned liberal. He won’t damn someone without checking them out thoroughly, which he may not have even had the occasion or the time to do yet. Some of his continued faults, e.g. being warm to things like LGBT, may be amended in future, I believe, as he notices America, the America for which he has sacrificed his life and sacred honor, being gratuitously stung by them.

Cruz has the same problem before himself that any other believer has: he must learn to put his fallen pride aside for the sake of bigger and better things (which anything truly from the Lord will be).

Secularists often talk of Christian faith as being a crutch; what they cannot see from where they insist on being, is that their secularism is built on a crutch of pride. And to believe on Christ with His promise is, soberingly, not to manage to discard all pride at that very moment. Christ’s promise sometimes seems a nuisance, God forgive us, when we see some handy Lego set of pride ready to be built where we are, but God’s completed work off in the distance.

If the Lord has gifted Donald with special vision, as there seems to be some evidence is the case, I’m willing, like a Barnabas, to give problem cases a second look if Donald does too. Who knows whether we may have a Peter (who denied knowing Christ three times from fear) rather than a Judas — only the Lord can know, but He may also intimate this to certain persons, like Donald.

No SC belongs to Mike Lee from Utah. Second to Senator Ted Cruz in knowledge of the Constitution and he is young and will NOT slip to the DARK side

Lyin’ Ted’s “Pathway Amnesty” plan supported Heidi’s masters at Goldman-Sucks should disqualify him from AG.

In addition, his voting support of TPA/TPP indicates he’s a traitor to America and opposes Trump’s trade agenda.

Finally, the fact he has never submitted his still sealed documents to prove he’s a US citizen should keep him out of any US Govt position.

Not just no.

HELL NO!!

Could it in fact be hell that is saying no, rather than heaven?

Well I heard that Cruz will not be nominated for SC. He was not on Trump’s judicial list promise. Refreshing on its own.

I don’t recall if Mike Lee was on that list. Seem to recall it was one of Lee’s relatives.

Only a liar would say that Cruz lied.

He didn’t.

Only those of a distinctly nationalist bent supported Cruz, and none of the elite party establishment.

“Sense” is not what these people are about.

They are bitter destroyers that will not give up until they have wiped out the Christian, Conservative movement, first from FR, and then from the country.

I’m not the gullible one who bought into fiction, cruz supporters are. Fact is, Cruz supported and ‘sold’ Roberts as a great SCOTUS appointee and Roberts betrayed us. Cruz would do the same.

This story has been inflated beyond recognition. Cruz wasn't even on the vetting committee, so he bears no direct responsibility for the appointment. Instead, he was informally asked his opinion and he gave it.

He was wrong...but Roberts fooled a lot of people, not just Cruz.
