It was obvious that the media was stalling on calling the election for Donald Trump to allow Hillary Clinton the opportunity for a face saving, dignified concession speech before being forced to after the race had been called by the media.
The stalling was getting embarrassing for all concerned.
After Podesta confirmed Hillary's refusal to admit defeat and concede, Trump did some arm twisting with the media and someone , perhaps Huma , conceded for Hillary.
Most likely scenario is that Fox was on the phone with Huma telling her that they were calling the race for Trump and that Hillary had one last chance to say she had conceded before they made the call.
Huma and Bill made the concession and they immediately called CNN and MSNBC give them a heads up.
That is consistent with the way that the race was called by the Media at the time.

I read somewhere that HUMA called for Hillary ‘on her behalf’. Wouldn’t doubt it.
So are you suggesting Trump lied to us as his first act as president elect by stating “he’d just spoken to Hillary” and she conceded ?
