Federal prosecutors have proposed three separate trials next year for the remaining 17 defendants charged in the April 2014 Bunkerville standoff.

In court papers over the weekend, prosecutors suggested trying the alleged leaders-Peter Santilli, Ryan Payne, Cliven Bundy and Bundy's sons Ammon and Ryan--on Feb. 6, the existing trial date.

Proescutors then suggested a May trial for the alleged mid-level organizers and followers--Dave Bundy, Mel Bundy, Joseph O'Shaughnessy, Brian Cavalier, James Woods and Micah McGuire.

A third trial is proposed in August for the alleged gunmen: Ricky Lovelien, Todd Engel, Gregory Burleson, Eric Parker, Scott Drexler and Steven Stewart......

The 17 defendants face a variety of federal charges, including conspiracy to assault the federal agents on April 12, 2014, sever miles from the Bundy ranch near Bunkerville.

Prosecutors alleged the armed assault occurred at the Bundys and their followers moved to take back Bundy cattle that had been impounded by Bureau of Land Management agents......

After losing in the Oregon Standoff trial the feds are planning their Nevada strategy to prosecute the Bundy's and others over the April 2014 Bunkerville Standoff near Bundy Ranch.

After being acquitted in Oregon last month, Ammon and Ryan Bundy were not moved to Nevada ahead of their trial, but instead are being kept at a federal prison in Seattle.

Retaliation, Revenge???????

Ammon and Ryan Bundy need to be in Nevada so they can prepare for their defense in a trial set for February 6th next year.

One of the acquitted standoff protestors who is now a free man, David Fry, paid a visit to Harney County last week and posted videos of his visit including a video shot outside the wildlife refuge that is still closed nine months after the protest ended.

Yup.

Two months and the Far Left Federal D.A.’s conducting these show trials will all be fired.

They should be put on trial themselves for entrapment and manslaughter in LaVoy Finicum’s case.

And as for the BLM management who pushed it all...they will have to answer to Interior Secretary Palin.

There needs to be a blizzard of these trials of former Fed Gov employees going back to Fast and Furious. “Flood the Zone” so the media can’t magnify anything. Hillary’s prosecution, SCOTUS nominee, everything at once.

What I would like to see first are the withdrawing of charges against the remaining Oregon defendants who have not been tried yet and the ones who entered guilty pleas.

The same goes in Nevada as well.

The reason for the Oregon protest was the jailing of the Hammonds for five years under terrorism laws because they set a backfire to protect their land.

FREE THE HAMMONDS, PRESIDENT TRUMP........

Jerry DeLemus entered a guilty plea in Nevada earlier this year. He told his wife he wants to withdraw it after the Oregon verdicts.

Jerry DeLemus was the co-chair of Veterans for Trump in New Hampshire during the primary campaign.

I HOPE PRESIDENT TRUMP CARES ABOUT JERRY DELEMUS......

Apparently, Americans exercising their God-given right to keep and bear arms are now considered criminals, even without firing a shot, if the cattle rustlers they stop work for a media-supported traitor like Barack Hussein.

Trump needs to stop these trials or pardon all of them on Jan 22, 2017.

The Feds need to be removed from STATE land & need to no longer have any control of these lands, either.

The Feds also shot a number of Bundy’s cattle-—worth a minimum of $2000 each.

They flew above the cattle & shot them with a high powered rifle. They also shot one of his breeding bulls-—which was in a CORRAL & not a danger to anyone on the outside of the coral. Feds claimed the bull was dangerous. A good breeding bull can cost $200,000 EACH. Ranchers often go together to own such a bull.

Perhaps Trump could dedicate a number of Federal Prosecutors to prosecute the former Fed Gov employees so that they could PERSONALLY account for their actions.
