The very next paragraph, the writer (who is in Brussels and covers EU for FT) wrote that Trump will renege on his campaign promises, yada yada yada.........

It will be a shakeup either way, and definitely will be a right winger. Only question is how far right. Just got home after three 1/2 months over there....in time to vote. Very interesting discourse with my French friends. Many were watching to see and very interested in the Trump campaign. They realized they were not getting the truth from their media.
