...He was apparently referring to a
letter to readers from The Timess publisher, Arthur Sulzberger Jr., and its executive editor, Dean Baquet, that noted the unpredictable nature of the election and said The Times aimed to rededicate itself to the fundamental mission of Times journalism.
In the letter, The Times posed a series of what it called inevitable questions, including, Did Donald Trumps sheer unconventionality lead us and other news outlets to underestimate his support among American voters?

Unprecedented? It’s only been in existence 10 years.

Did Donald Trumps sheer unconventionality lead us and other news outlets to underestimate his support among American voters? No. Your blindness did. If you had just gone around asking folks their views rather than telling them what their views had to be and beating them over the head when they didn't espouse YOUR views, you might have gotten a clue.

I am not, in principle, against reading well researched and well written stories in a published newspaper. But I am not going to pay anyone to preach and propagandize. Somehow I have a feeling that the Slimes won’t be able to restrain itself on either count.

Didn’t that old genius Obama brag about using his electronic thing to talk to us?? And didn’t that go to the wayside really, really quick?
To: E. Pluribus Unum
Well, he should stop this “tweet” nonsense post haste.
It’s unseemly. As unseemly as Uhbama constantly taking time out to be on dozens of TV shows real-time.
It reeks of a) impulsiveness and b) wasting time just to blab off.
Not to mention it’s kind of like the old “don’t say anything without a lawyer”. Such shoot-from-the-hip, for all to see, can be completely damning. Keep it shut and to yourself, lest you sink the ship.

He might make YouTube videos too. I get the feeling that this is not the end. It is just the beginning.
To: Morpheus2009
I see him using Twitter to mobilize his supporters to melt down the DC phone lines when Mitch McDonald and Paul Rino get uppity.

No, but it’s unprofessional and unPresidential to do such things, frankly.
As for “all wrong”, I can’t say - bear in mind he still has only a razor-thin finish with Hitlery. Electoral notwithstanding, apparently tweeting (what a stupid, embarrassing term) is not the end-all be-all of impressing people.

He promised Youtube, which was brief until he saw that he would win unconditionally in the elections.

With all due respect.
Are you NUTS?!?
Razor thin? Landslide more like! And you’re whining because ‘unseemly’?

A razor thin finish?? Hardly. The electoral college was set up to prevent winning by "block voting"....the stuff that goes on in Ca, Philly, Pittsburg, Broward and Dade...
He didn't even campaign in Ca. He surely could have come up with a couple mil there.
He didn't win by a nose, he won by several lengths.
