Trump Out-Campaigned Clinton by 50 Percent in Key Battleground States in Final Stretch
NBC News ^ | 11/13/2016 | ANTHONY TERRELL

President-elect Donald Trump heavily out-campaigned his Democratic opponent in the last 100 days of the election, spending roughly 50 percent more time in six key battleground states that pushed him to victory on Nov. 8.

Over the final 100 days of the election, Trump made a total of 133 visits to Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, Michigan and Wisconsin. Over the same time period, Hillary Clinton visited the first five of those states a total of 87 times. She never traveled to Wisconsin during the 102 days between the convention and the election.

Instead, Clinton sent her top surrogates to Wisconsin including her running mate Sen. Tim Kaine, her daughter Chelsea Clinton and her primary opponent Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont. Trump ended up winning Wisconsin by 1 point, the first time a Republican presidential candidate has triumphed there since 1984.

Exactly. She was not only a horrible candidate and a horrible campaigner, she also was very sick.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Mr Trump showed a greater work ethic and reserves of stamina than I have seen from ANY politician EVER.

We have been short changed by politicians who use the Presidency to further their own financial interests and get onto the most exclusive golf courses.

When a businessman came up against a politician, it was never going to be any fair contest

Clintoonie relied too heavily on the far left national “media” and her surrogates to get her elected. That didn’t work out very well. Kaine drew THREE people at one of his stops. LOL.

Trump out-campaigned Hillary’s ground game. How did he do that?

Great info. I knew President Trump out campaigned her - he was the hardest working candidate I have EVER seen in my lifetime. Hitlery was counting on her machine, her ads, and her voter fraud.

If this was a concentrated governor’s race in just about any state, a head-to-head match up, Trump would have beaten Hellary 99.9% of the time.

I posted before the election, win or lose, no one could say that Trump didn’t do his very best. He was unbelievable how he was doing one event after another.

One of the leaked emails has someone (Huma or Podesta) asking if they could just run out the clock without having her campaign (basically having the media campaign for her).

In hindsight, it almost worked...TERRIFYING!

He not only outworked her, he outworked per PLUS all the help that she dragged in including those who had day jobs... like Obama who should have been trying to solve unemployment, ISIS, trade deficit etc. problems.

Yes. I say the far left media gave their campaign a very false sense of security. They bought into the narrative to their own detriment.

At the very beginning of the campaign when they had to “reintroduce” her, you could see she would not be a vigorous campaigner.

2008 was 8 years ago and a lifetime in politics.

Trump’s campaign was brilliant, though I admit I didnt see it that way. I thought his rallies simply preaching to the choir when he needed to go big on TV. What I didnt realize was that every rally, while ignored by the nets and cable was covered big on local news. So potential voters hot yo see a bit of Trump and see tge enthusissm ofvtheir neighbors. Brilliant.
