I have a feeling this is going to be a brutal winter.

Actually several decades. Based on historical cycles of sunspots and recent data, we have just started into a new mini ice age. If we are lucky it is just a mini ice age and not the return of the real thing.

Man and plants and animals have flourished during the brief periods of about 15000 years of interglacial periods. In fact by definition we are still in an ice age as Greenland and the Antarctic icecaps have not melted.

Life on earth is hard during glacial periods.

So what can Kerry do freezing his ass off in Antarctica?

John Kerry has now visited more continents than any other Secretary of State in the history of the universe!

“non-binding agreement” = NON-BINDING agreement

Kerry & Obama can put their ridiculous agreement where the sun doesn’t shine. That’s the most appropriate place for the anti-Americans Kerry & Obama to put this anti-American, phony “agreement”.

Kerry going to Antarctica was about him getting a free trip at taxpayer expense so he could knock the 7th continent off his bucket list before Trump takes office.

Is there any possible way to take Kerry’s passport away? He just jabbers.

I think we should let Kerry leave, just not let him back in into the US.

I thought the gin and white raisins maiden took care of his needs. We, the People, are paying for this hogwash? I want a refund for once!

Not a problem. The senate must ratify treaties

That would be so lovely. Put him on the beach in that beautiful place that used to be South Africa. Global warming is not the problem there.

Does anyone else find it amusing that Kerry goes to Antarctica to talk about global warming? ;-)

how ‘bout that smooth transition... you know obama is not going to do anything smooth between now and January.

He’s one vindictive piece of work... for those who wanted to think his little speech on Wednesday was an indication he was going to be nice to Trump.. let me give you a clue.. that obama is a piece who will NEVER give the other person any room.. he is one kind of dude.. rude and a lying piece of worthlessness... one who hates and shows it in his every move.. you know him and a skunk does not change his tune .. he just uses it to wreck the other person.. NEVER trust such a piece.. EVER!

This just shows liberal stupidity.

If Obama wants to have a legacy, he can do it. All that is necessary is to start negotiating with Trump in good faith. Ask Trump what he would like to see come out of this meeting. The ask Trump if he would move slightly in Obama's direction, and if he will, order Kerry to stake that out as the US position.

Obama gets to claim a legacy, and Trump/The American People get to have things mostly their way. A win all around, and both Obama and Trump get to claim "Great Statesman" status.

Why is Donald acting like the agreement is something He’s bound to? Why does he need to ‘find a legal way out of it”? It’s not a law- it’s not a treaty- We- the sovereign country of America, did not agree to this nor did congress- Dear leader is not sa king- his word is NOT binding unless he gives a proposal to congress for them to ratify- Why is Donald acting like it’s the law of the world that must be obeyed until they can find some ‘legal loophole to wiggle out of it?”

I don’t care how appropriate they are.

I understand where you are coming from on that. The use of Executive orders also cover mundane housework for the sitting president.

Not all of them are attempts to sidestep Congress.

The ones that are should be stricken down.

I can’t think of a good example, but something along the lines of his desired protocol tweaks for certain events and things of that nature, that are the president’s call are the types of things I’m referencing that should be okay.
