I wonder if the commie Left made a strategic error.

The commie left was brilliant to work slowly and steadily to push the nation toward totalitarian tyranny.

Incrementalism.

Incrementalism is the word everyone used to describe the slow and relentless onslaught by the commie left to slow build toward absolute socialism.

Then in 2008, Obama was elected and had control of both the Senate and House. I saw a dramatic shift almost immediately, from the old incrementalism that worked, to a series of hail Mary moves that jumped America toward socialism. I remember noting to myself that the commie left and their media allies were really not even trying to cover up their agenda, but were becoming brazen in pursuing it.

While I admired how much Obama accomplished in that first 2 years, I also thought to myself that he is running a very serious risk of waking up the sleeping Giant that was the apathetic American voters who are usually undecided.

I think in the end, Obama woke them up and angered them.

Look at what Obama did in just a few years:

1. Obamacare.
2. The Muslim Spring, rise of Muslim Brotherhood and Isis.
3. Put commies on the supreme court.
4. Unilaterally violated immigration law for his Dreamers.
5. Fought to flood us with Muslim immigrants under the auspices of “refugees”.
6. Destroyed the coal mining industry.
7. Tried to destroy the natural gas industry.
8. Added $10 Trillion to the national debt.
9. Gutted the military.
10. Further destroyed the nuclear family while heavily promoting homosexuality
11. Released scores of the most dangerous terrorists held at Guantanamo.
12. Directed EPA to go wild destroying businesses and hamstringing projects
13. Stocked federal public service with communists and Muslims

He did so much so fast, I think he woke the American people and the wishy washy undecided middle most of all. And they began to reject the pace at which we were racing toward totalitarian tyranny.

Obama blew it. He should have continued to ease America toward communism slowly and steadily. By leaping for the brass ring so quickly, he wakened the sleeping giant and the result is that the commie Clinton lost miserably because her policies were just unpalatable to the undecides, who embraced Trump’s policies.

So now, are the wish washy undecided middle finally awakened for good, or are they going to go back to sleep in 2024 when Trump is done, and go back to voting for the socialist and marxist incrementalism?

We will find out.

Thank you Obama for being so bold and brazen. Thank you MSM for doing nothing to hide it, but for beating your chests and bringing attention to it. You woke a sleeping giant. Thanks. Good work. I owe you.
