Just needs to investigate whether Roberts was threatened or blackmailed to change his vote on 0-Care. I would assume that is a crime, and Roberts can be impeached, or whatever legal means there is to give him the boot.

If Roberts was being blackmailed, won't he be a victim of a crime, rather than committing a crime?
Who would Roberts go to for help ? The DOJ ? The probably were the one blackmailing him...!
