So who owns the art work once it is given. Does it belong to the WH??? Or can it belong to Trump if given before he takes office?

If he receives it before assuming office, it should be his personal property. He’s still a private citizen until his inauguration. After taking office, federal regs for presidential gifts would come into play.

This ain't complicated.

If Hannity gave it to Trump, it belongs to Trump. Even if Trump Hangs it in the Oval Office, Trump still owns it. It would be like parking a car on the street, you still own the car.
