There is talk about using the State’s Agricultural Inspection Stations to search for contraband ammunition. Carried to the extreme, they would also put up roadblocks on secondary roads not having these inspection stations to search for ammo.

No it's not, very easy to enforce. Gun stores will have to check for the permit, all online sellers will stop selling to California. Incredibly simple to implement. This has to be struck down and quick, total BS
