For some idiotic reason people thought January would produce better weather than March for inaugurations. Dress warmly. Lots of moonbat lefties protesting. Probably enough that if they surveyed the population of DC on January 20th they would likely conclude that the average IQ of the population was borderline imbecile. Nightmarish traffic and insanely expensive parking. Plan on relying on public transportation.
My wife very astutely made reservations in a Fredericksburg bed and breakfast for the inauguration. They have train service to DC.
