This. The local news had this law prof on last night, spouting off about how the Trump University civil suit constituted enough to impeach. I was thinking it's a pity this guy has tenure, because he's completely unqualified to teach law to college students. It just shows the level of desperation for relevance the media is now experiencing that they would drag him out to spout such tripe.

I agree on not being able to be impeached for prior acts.
Just to nail it down, how long ago was this —supposed— fraud & racketeering by Trump, and what’s the time limit/statute of limitations on them; has it passed?
—BUT— in contrast, IIRC illary is still involved in —her— criminal schemes, so the limit on —those— hasn’t run out.
She’s under investigstion for both Fed and state crimes.
