We are missing a happy ending in this story.
This ending sentence in story should have read something like this:
” Anti-Trump protesters stumbled into an Irish Bar filled with current
and former Marines celebrating the brirthday of the Corp. These bar
patrons, after having their Marine Corp Birthday Celebration disturbed,
commenced to beating the wholly crap out of anti-Trump protesters,
who fled from the bar in fear of their lives. Many witnesses observed
these protesters running towards the nearest hospital two blocks away”.

The reason that the police were able to restrain these Marines is because Marines respect authority. They are tough, and smart, and will defend this nation and the honor of the USMC at the drop of a hat.
