All of Western Europe have been freeloaders since the end of WWII. They have “let” us provide for their defense while refusing to pay the true costs of so doing. And then they have taken the money they really owed us, and used it to pad their Socialist moron citizens pockets. So in reality, we have paid Europe’s “Socialist Tab” for them.
