She really thought her “I stuck it to him so good!” moment destroyed his candidacy in the cradle. She put it in her book because she thought he was going to lose so it really shows how important she was. Now in light of events, it makes her look insignificant, bragging about something that doesn’t matter and never did, really.
She was crowing about her question would end the run for someone in the race and it was obviously pointed at Trump.

Kelly Megyn, Chris Wallace and the Bret guy all bragged on the air about the questions they were planning for the first debate, for two or three weeks before that first debate. I don’t doubt information about some questions got out as much as they were blabbing and bragging about it.

I am guessing that Megan Kelly bragged about her question to some one who in turn told someone else eventually it got to a trump operative and then to trump....big difference from getting the question from the person giving it. for all h knew it was a crock of shit.
