Republicans SPIT ON Their Voting Base=> Will Reinstate Skunk Paul Ryan as Speaker NEXT WEEK
The Gateway Pundit ^ | Nov 9th, 2016 | Jim Hoft

Posted on 11/10/2016 5:38:35 AM PST by xzins

Paul Ryan spoke out against Republican nominee Donald Trump ALL YEAR.

Ryan announced in October he was pulling his endorsement of Donald Trump.

He held a separate press conference to tell reporters he would not campaign with Donald Trump.

Paul Ryan cannot be trusted.

He is loyal to the elites and not the people.

Paul Ryan is pro-amnesty, open border, pro-TPP and anti-American worker.

Donald Trump won an historic election on Tuesday winning over 300 electoral votes.

On Wednesday Rep. Chris Collins (R-NY) went on with Lou Dobbs on Wednesday after Donald Trump’s historic win. Collins told Lou Republican lawmakers will vote for speaker NEXT WEEK! …Collins said Ryan will likely run unopposed.

Republican lawmakers hate their base.

They just don’t get it.

I’m not worried. Trump will own Ryano.

RYAN is owned, heart/mind/body/soul by the establishment chamber of commerce.

This is their first strike against Trump’s agenda.

This is a sneak attack.

That’s why it is happening during the lame duck session.

I know a lot of Freepers are acting like Trump is the Messiah, but we're forgetting we still have the same dirtbag RINO pimps in Congress. These were the traitors who rubber stamped O'Dummy's proposals for eight years.

Trump definitely has his work cut out for him.

Trump is going to be facing a bi-partisan Congress united against him. The GOP-E is going to side with the Democrats to stop anything he tries to do.
Bet I see my “Tea Partier” Congress Critter, Doug Collins joining with the GOP-E.

Don’t the NEW House members vote for Speaker for the next session? If there is a vote taken next week, it’s only the vote of the lame duck House for the lame duck session until new members are sworn in January.

How is the Speaker for the next Congress selected before the new members are sworn it?

Can you even vote for the new speaker in the old session?

They are just in recess. Lame duck is not a new session of congress. It is just returning after elections, the same way as it returns after Christmas. They don’t vote for new leadership each time they return from a recess/break.

Rs in the Congress get credit for TWO things they did vs Obama. Not one of them voted FOR Obamacare and they didn’t let the Garland SCOTUS nomination get through. So there’s that. Let’s see what they do when there’s an R in the White House.

The establishment knows there are only a few new faces showing up.

But this is an “IN YOUR FACE” to President Trump.

It's not too early to start working to primary another tranche of RINOs in 2 years.

That’s what I was meaning to say. So all this hype about them reelecting Ryan is premature.

McConnell has started his nonsense already as well, saying that we’ll need 60 votes to pass anything. We need to get rid of the RINOs.

One thing that holds these people in place is casework. Government is difficult to deal with, this is be design. When somebody can’t resolve a problem with Social Security, the VA, or whatever agency, they usually turn to their Congressman.

Sooner or later half of the district feels an obligation to the Congressman or Senator. They may not like him, but they’ll vote for him because he helped Aunt Millie with her problem.

We’ve got to ignore casework. It keeps these guys in power, and makes it nearly impossible to remove.
