Step one - jail some folks Step two - true the vote - eradicate Soros electronic voting. Establish voter ID requirements. Establish enforcement organizations and put folks who manipulate elections in jail. Perhaps we could ask the guys who did bit-coin to set up an electronic voting system so that votes are secure and valid, voters are id'd, fake voting can't happen, and fraudulent votes can be erradicated, e.g. if I know the voter, I can rescind the vote, but I can't take the vote and reverse engineer it to find who the voter was.

OR just go to paper ballots.
