Kelly Ayotte always bothered me in the same way that Jeff Flake and Ben Sasse do. For all three of them, their abandonment of the principles they campaigned on was so quick and so complete that one can only conclude that their campaign rhetoric was bare-faced lies. With Ayotte, one has to assume that her treachery cost Trump at least the number of votes he would've needed to win NH. She not only did this to herself, she put the nation at risk with her total lack of integrity.

When the blow back of her early votes hit her she should have learned, but that lure of beltway society can take a weak heart down.
The fact that her false heart cost votes to switch to (D) did cost Trump votes and it should end her career.
