I was at a medical lab this afternoon and CNN was on in the waiting room, showing clips from Hitlery’s concession speech. Blitzer made some comment about how it must be “the hardest speech she’s ever had to make *sniff sniff*”. There were two senior-age women watching and one said to the other, “not as hard as the one she’ll have to make when she’s indicted.” It so took me by surprise — I laughed out loud and gave them a fingers-crossed, and we all laughed together.
