Anyone know who authorized the release of the big Obamacare increases.

I suspect that was a case of Obama getting played by the insurance industry. They were happy to play along so long as big Federal subsidies were flowing their way. But once it became obvious that the game was almost up, and we were heading towards Single Player they played their "trump card".
