'Broward (County) Is Stealing Florida,' Says Republican National Lawyers Assn.
Sunshine State News ^ | November 7th 2016 | Ed Dean and Nancy Smith

Anyone who thinks the mail-in-ballot fiasco in Broward County is over either isn't looking hard enough or doesn't want to know.

Nearly 180,000 mail-in votes cast have not been legally counted. Look for this to end up in court.

It's a story that came to light last Wednesday when Republican Party of Florida officials alleged the office of Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes was opening thousands of absentee ballots before they were approved by the Broward County canvassing board.

RPOF Chairman Blaise Ingoglia fired off a letter to Snipes threatening a lawsuit, saying "... illegal conduct ... threatens irreparable harm to the Republican Party of Florida and its voters. Your actions are also contrary to the public's interest in a fair, open and transparent process that ensures ever person entitled to vote has the opportunity to cast a ballot and have that ballot counted properly."

Rats doing what they do best. The law for counting of mail in ballots in FL is complex, but when followed, it is fraud proof.

If this whole thing ends up in court like 2000 my money’s on Trump!

Election fraud is always carried out by one party.

The Florida Legislature needs to step in.

If 180,000 or more ballots were hand screened by the Supervisor of Elections, I say THE ENTIRE VOTE OF BROWARD SHOULD BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE STATE TALLY OF VOTES. Oh, and issue a resolution asking the Attorney General to consider convening the Broward Grand Jury.

Courts are not the appropriate venue in this time critical situation.

You’d think they would learn a lesson from 2000. The USSC unanimously declared the Florida Supreme Court couldn’t change the rules mid-stream. Of course this is a different matter, but the rules still apply. What a bunch of lying cheating corrupt people are the Democrats. They must have no conscience and definitely no honor.

In the real world....the Republican Party function of all fifty states would come and do a 20-billion dollar lawsuit against Broward County. It would be justified and help to bankrupt them into reality. That’s the only way to fix this type of behavior.

I touched on that in post #4.

Long before a lawsuit works its way anywhere, Florida would have cast its electoral college votes for The Beast.

Broward forces the FL legislature to protect law abiding citizens from vote fraud. Now.

He should challenge Hillary to an arm-wrestling match.

They are playing with fire....if people think the ballot box won’t be fair, there is only one remaining option.

Unfortunately, without Scalia, I don’t trust the USSC.

This is so depressing to see this right when I first got up.
I live in NJ, so my vote never counts, think I’ll go dark today: no computer, no TV.

New Supreme Court, new rules. And justice Roberts nods knowingly at Hillary.

The Austrian election for president was declared null and void just on the suspicion that the mail votes had been opened prematurely. Just saying!

We’ll see if Pam Bondi is earning her paycheck.

I’ve said this in a couple of threads regarding this matter.

I’ll say it again. Where the hell is Pam Bondi?

And Hillary stopped by last week to tell Brenda Snipes that she had a very bright future in a Clinton administration if she delivered Broward County.

Bribery, ballot fraud. Lets add them to the list of Hillary Crimes.
