Does VA require photo ID to register or vote?

If not, the felons are likely voting twice anyway.

I registered when I moved into the state and went to the DMV. The DMV had a vetting person that made sure you had sufficient documents before giving you a number. You had to have both proof of identity, residence, and legal presence. I don’t know how they would separate out legal immigrants to prohibit them from registering to vote. I also don’t know how other registrations are vetted. I do know I have show ID when I vote. My particular county uses paper ballots, marked with a pen and then fed into a reader.
