Comey is very disappointed that came out. I'm thinking he had no issues going after Hillary but discovery would lead to the Kenyan, that was a bridge to far.

You are probably right about that. It was probably his main fear, although I do think he was reluctant to go after Hillary for two other reasons: (1) he didn’t want it to look like he was interfering with the election process and (2) any investigation could open a can of worms that would likely spread to others and could get quite messy.
