Huma didn’t get immunity months ago, it’s said her lawyers were negotiating that all last week, so maybe she does now or soon will. But those deals are void if she lies.
Plus she’s probably motivated to be truthful by the specter of Tony Weiner raising her son. And the color orange.
Huma has not been raised to be honest.

Joe diGenova, who was correct that the laptops of Mills/Samuelson had NOT been destroyed, said his sources in the FBI told him Huma did not have an immunity agreement (Mills/Samuelson did). I am sure her attorneys are working hard to get one now - IF she rolls over on Hilly in a big way, I think they’ll keep her out of jail. If she doesn’t roll, there’s enough to put her away for decades .... Huma’s choice for the most part.
I do not think Wiener will get any sort of custody of his son. He will likely be convicted of child pornography or cut a deal for a reduced sentence. He had his son IN the picture(s) that he was texting to the underage girl. If Huma stays out of jail, she’ll get sole custody (IMO) & if Huma goes to jail, I’m betting her mom will get custody. Her mom is taking care of the boy now when Huma cannot be with him.
