What... no post offices.... give me a break.

How does the BIA send them a check?

This is a great ruling. South Yuma County is a Dem cesspool where this goes on constantly. No one needs to collect ballots. You can walk down the driveway and put it in the mailbox.

or deposited in a US Postal Office mail collection box

That still allows cheating, like with nursing home residents, but is more work.

Why aren’t these bleeding heart Democrats busing these Indians?

Yep, here in California the general safe rule is to always vote NO on every proposition. You have to be very careful, however, of the common double negatives in craftily worded propositions where a “No” actually means “Yes.”

There ought to be, at the least, a receipt system whereby the voter could get, on request, an account of how the system registered his or her vote.

This might be arranged as direct deposit now. The tribe probably has PO boxes at the closest office outside its reservation too.

As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.

If the states hadn’t foolishly strayed away from the constitutional procedure for electing a president as evidenced by the 12th Amendment, then we wouldn’t have to be on our guard against Constitution-ignoring Democrats cheating the system.

That still allows cheating, like with nursing home residents, but is more work.....I’ve posted this for years, but I SAW it and reported it. Social Service workers in the three Mental Health/ Mental Retardation Centers I worked brought ballots to people who NEVER walked, communicated or made a decision of their own for their WHOLE LIVES were handed ballots from these AFSCME,SEIU caretakers and you heard, “Do you want to vote, Honey? Ok. Who do you want to vote for? Bill Clinton (or whatever dem was up for grabs)?” Answer: “GAASPGARBLEGAHHGARBLE” “OK, honey, I’ll just take as an answer and vote for you.” The government always told me they have the right to vote.

This is a big deal. In Yuma County, we have seen Democrat operatives arrive at the end of election day with hundreds of mail in ballots.

That facilitates “vote harvesting” where political operative tell people how to vote, or have them sign a blank ballot, and give it to the operative to fill out.

This law makes that sort of operation a little more difficult.

BINGO! You hit the nail on the head in BOTH sentences.

This officially ends Hillary’s chances in AZ, as if she ever had a prayer to begin with. Ballot collection was officially-sanctioned mass voters fraud.

Every republican with one like that in care should find out if they voted (public info) and then find out who helped them.

Maybee get a voter printout for the precinct and tell the care facility’s director you’re checking on who all voted there, and who helped them vote. If they can’t communicate, ask the director just how they communicated their choice, to his/her employee

Build fires where the perp’s are. Let ‘em know we’re checking THEM out. Make them nervous.

“”especially in minority communities that rely upon neighbors and activists to collect and hand-deliver the ballots.””

Well, for pity sake...Why don’t they just have people mark their ballots for them if they can’t do anything as simple as APPLY for an absentee ballot, mark it and mail it back? I know - can’t afford two postage stamps. Not too used to having others DO for them, are they?
