CNN)The Supreme Court on Saturday allowed an Arizona law barring organizers from picking up ballots and delivering them to election stations to remain in effect. The ruling is a blow to Democrats in the state who say the law could disenfranchise thousands of voters, especially in minority communities that rely upon neighbors and activists to collect and hand-deliver the ballots.
Friday, a 6-5 ruling by the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals granted a preliminary injunction of the law; the Supreme Court's order stays that decision. There were no noted dissents.

Local RINO radio guy did say that one argument for this is a lot of rural areas, esp. Indian reservations, don’t even have a post office and that this facilitates them voting.
Still, no reason to have this.
Stunningly great
To me, being afraid to go to the polls to vote is very similar to taking the Fifth Amendment. Having somebody else take your ballot to the polls if fraud, IMHO. When it comes to elections, I think it’s way past time to “disenfranchise” the commie “democrats” who spend the entire election season engaging in voter fraud. Lowlife, bottom feeding maggots.
Correction:
The ruling is a blow to Democrats promoters of vote fraud in the state who say the law could disenfranchise thousands of voters
Hah! All propositions that want money from us = NO and MOST of the propositions DO want more of my hard earned money. NOT A CHANCE.
The only exception is MORE $$ for the police and fire departments. Better them than me.
False flag argument. On the reservations in the Four Corners region the Tribal Council controls the 'tribal cars' there are literally hundreds of these cars parked that Tribal HQ. If a native needs a car he can check one out at HQ and take it for his use.
Quit sugar-coatin' it and tell us how you REALLY feel. :o)
EXCELLENT read on their character, or lack of it.
The Dems meant it took away the cheating advantage.
Chain of custody applies here.
No matter how much you may trust your neighbor in this situation, the fact that the ballot in question is NOT delivered to a ballot box directly from the voter’s hands, or deposited in a US Postal Office mail collection box and addressed only to the ballot clerk of the relevant precinct or county, the chain of custody becomes too uncertain and subject to unknown interception and/or alteration.
No other exceptions are noted or allowed.
I’m worried about crooked U.S. postal clerks handling those mail-in ballots. What if they noted a mail-in ballot came from an address receiving a lot of conservative / Republican promotional literature or correspondence? Might they not “harvest” ballots from those addresses? Scary thought.
Tough.
1. It’s election DAY, not “days”
2. There are local polling stations for each county, we’re not going down this millennial road of everyone gets special treatment
3. Mail in ballots, voting by text, from home or whatever are not permitted
4. We MUST return to the suffrage model that was established by the Founding Fathers, voting rights are restricted to real property owners
5. Identification is required
Those are the only ways to ensure that elections are not stolen and only eligible voters vote.
No problem for the (D) party... they'll just get their minions to dress up as postal workers. /S
We have a drop off box at the county elections office or you can hand carry your mail-in ballot into the office. If you decide you wish to vote in person you just take your ballot to your local precinct and turn it in. If you wish to do that DO NOT OPEN IT. This way you get an actual ballot rather than a provisional ballot. You can use your sample ballot as a cheat sheet. Which I do because of the all the propositions on the CA ballot.
I never mail it.
Dims have so MANY different ways of voter fraud it is scary. This just closes one of many avenues open to them.
Indians, like other people, find ways to get around 12 months of the year to shop, buy groceries, go to functions and socialize, yet we are to believe that they can’t get their ballots to a mailbox or get themselves to the polls on election day? What, are Indians incapable? How paternalistic can you be?

Funny how it's always "disenfranchising" folks, especially minorities/women/children if the crooked folks don't have free rein to commit fraud - which actually does disenfranchise folks.
This is why I brought my whole family's ballots to the drop box. Everyone should do the same.
This is excellent
This will prevent “Miss Democrat DoGooder” from going around the old folks home and to old neighbors and dong them a “favor” of taking their early ballot to the polling place. Or “Senora Buena” doing the same thing in the barrio
When they’ve collected maybe 25, 50 or 100 ballots from the people they “know”, they can “glean” out the people who they know are Conservative or Republican or Trump leaning.
Just shred, bag and trash them. No one the wiser.
