Donald Trump’s campaign released a new television ad on Friday titled, “Donald Trump’s Argument for America.”

The two-minute ad will run on prime time national news and entertainment channels, including NFL, NASCAR, and NCAA programs.

It’s a $4 million ad purchase aimed at major markets in key battleground states including: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Nevada, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Iowa, Colorado, North Carolina ,and New Mexico, according to the Trump campaign press release.

“This is Mr. Trump’s positive closing message to American voters, and it comes at a time when Secretary Clinton has abandoned any positive message of her own. We believe voters are looking to go in a new direction and Mr. Trump is ready to lead this change,” stated Trump’s Senior Communications Adviser Jason Miller.

Hmmm. Not sure if this in money well spent at this point. Most folks are so "over it" when it comes to political ads now that I can only hope it makes at least some impact on the voters in the targeted states. A two minute ad is a looooong time in todays 15-30 second spots.

My God, now it’s only 4 days away. This Wednesday we will know for sure if the country survives or has chosen to commit suicide.

I post them all over the web, every news website I can find, just copy and paste. I belong to Facebook, Twitter, and I post them all over that. Alot of news sites have Facebook accounts, and people do watch them as I get a lot of comments. One last week got 230 comments and from that who knows how many of those people passed the video around. That’s the great thing about the net is Trump can’t be censored like the MSM does. I just posted this video on the NY Daily news Facebook page and I just go down the line for every paper.

LOL! Seems like the last 14 months kind went ZING! and here we are. Praying we can keep the evil from occupying the white house for another 4 years. DJT may not be THE guy but the alternative is unthinkable. But, unlike our tolerant “friends”, I’m not threatening to leave the country. Have those assclowns actually lived like a commoner in some of these places? What idiots. But, if they’re wealthy enough, it probably doesn’t matter where they go since they’d be above the fray.

I think most people will allow themselves to listen to a two minute closing argument at least once.

The message is correct, the message is "the movement to take back our government". Trump is portrayed as the fighter, the vehicle which will get that done.

All in all, I think it sends the right message. We aren't voting for Trump, we are voting for US (us and US). Trump is our vicar.

I think there those that are genuinely worried about the election and whom to vote for.

I had calls this week from two friends that didn’t like Hillary but very early on decided Trump was full of hot air and crap. They are both well educated and retired from very responsible corporate positions

One has an ex wife to whom he is still close who is an ex teacher and liberal. The other has a wife that is a weather vane with no intellectual capability.

I was very surprised at their naive thinking.

Both are likely to listen to part if not all of the ad.

Great ad but 4 million is chump change. There’s only a few days to go. Carpet bomb them.

Hopefully they will heed the words contained in the ad. Or they just don’t really care about the direction we could be headed. Then again, we’ve survived 8 yrs of the lyin’ king. Maybe that’s how some people look at it.

...

It does seem like he’s targeting people who are already inclined to vote for him or undecided. At this point that’s probably the smart thing to do.
