I'm pretty sure Obama will pardon Her Heinous and anyone else who can nail him with things because he won't have a RINO going into the White House to look the other way as the Clintons did with W. So once again the Clintons will get away with everything.
Obama, on the other hand, has only the protection of pardoning those who can implicate him. While the scenario has been put forth that he could resign to allow Plugs to take over and then receive a pardon of his own, it would mean leaving office in disgrace. I suppose better than in handcuffs sometime after, but disgrace nonetheless.
