Do they have the right to bear arms to defend themselves over there?
I don’t have any idea but by the looks of these numbers I’m guessing no. Am I wrong?

Answer: No. No right of self defense even with nonlethal means. Deadly force used in defense means prison time.
Hunting guns can no longer be kept at home but only in government armories. Swedish gun laws are now so restrictive that Swedes are giving up and selling their guns to U.S. importers.
