That so makes me laugh. I used to use free weights and work that muscle group of front, side, and back deltoids. You don't use momentum to bring the weighs up. You use your core to stand straight and slowly lift upwards to just about ear height for side delts which looks like he is attempting.

Bent over like that, he's asking for a back problem. Plus, those are only 15 lb weights - what a p*ssy. At my age, I can still do them properly with 20 lbs each arm...used to with 25 lbs. The delts are a fairly weak muscle group. It takes major concentration and proper form to build them.

Always cracked up at the photo of him flinching and clutching his wife while watching a martial arts take down. Bet the punk hasn't been a fight in his life. Yet, he has been in charge of our Warriors for 8 years. Hillary will be worse with her ego. More conflicts will develop.

Yeah, I laugh too at those weights. I also waaaay overdid my sets. I didn’t do butterflies like that - maybe I should.

I would start with 15lbs and go up in 5lb increments to 85lbs, 10 reps each (yeah, that’s waaaaay over how you’re supposed to do it - hundreds of reps - needless to say I was at the gym for hours until I got it down to about 2-2-1/2 hours), rowing with each arm independently. My arms, especially my forearms were quite strong, but I never got that big. Couldn’t bench press any big amount (long arms).

And I was never built like my old man, who marched up and down the hills of Korea in that awful frozen wasteland. I don’t know how he did it.
