Michigan
As in Pennsylvania, Michigan voters may cast ballots early only if they do so absentee, which requires certain conditions. But Michigan absentee voters are allowed to obtain a new ballot if they visit their local clerks office in person by 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 7. If they use the new ballot, their first one will not be counted.

The difference is that we have strict rules on whom may vote that way.
It isnt a matter of “I wanna vote now because I’m ready”.
There’s no excuse to not have voted by now.

Very arrogant statement!!! I grew up voting on election day and still do so! It is MY CHOICE when I vote, not yours!!!!!
